The white sage comes from California, ethically and sustainably sourced. It is considered a powerful cleansing plant by indigenous peoples and is often used before healing rituals or festivals. It purifies negative influences, contributes to a healthy indoor climate, clears the mind and drives away negative vibrations. For more clarity and harmony. How to use the smudge stick:
Light the tip of the bundle and immediately wave out the flame. The smoke is created by fanning air. To extinguish, the bundle can simply be pressed into smudging sand or a fireproof dish - and re-lit the next time you smudge.


Palo Santo:
Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) is also known as "holy wood", used by indigenous healers of the Amazon and Andes in sacred rituals to purify, attract positive energy and bring peace.

The spicy-woody and warm-aromatic smoke has a calming and balancing effect, provides security and drives away negative energies.

How to use - how to smudge with Palo Santo:

1. Hold the wood at a downward angle.
2. Light the tip with a candle and then gently wave out the flame. This creates embers and the Palo Santo begins to smoke, releasing the essential oils of the wood.
3. Direct this smoke around your body or into the room and let the scent linger.
4. When you're done, place the stick in a fireproof dish to burn out or smother it in sand. Open a window to let negative energies escape.
