Application:
Apply Monthly Release as needed to the lower abdomen, hips, and lower back. Gently massage the oil in circular motions until absorbed.
Apply when pain is most severe, up to three times a day.
After massaging in the body oil, place a hot, damp towel on the painful area. To prolong relaxation: gently massage in circular motions.
Important:
For external use only. Avoid any contact with eyes and mucous membranes (nose or mouth). Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have epilepsy, seizures related to, or hypersensitivity to essential oils. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It is always advisable to perform a skin patch test first.
Storage:
The violet glass protects against UVB radiation from the sun, preserving the vitality and quality of the oils. Nevertheless, the roll-on should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
