Natural cocoa powder from raw beans

Unlike most cocoa powders on the market, Cosmic Dealer uses exclusively raw cocoa powder. Many conventional cocoa powders are alkalized or processed as Dutch Cacao – this involves changing the pH value of the cocoa to neutralize the taste. In addition, the beans are often roasted at very high temperatures. However, these additional processing steps make the cocoa more highly processed. Cosmic Dealer deliberately relies on natural raw beans to preserve the full power and quality of the cocoa.
