Hack Your Nervous System is a card set designed to help you achieve a sense of calm and security in life.

This deck of 60 cards is designed to empower you with easily accessible and effective mindfulness practices and other techniques to cultivate inner balance and resilience in everyday life and challenging situations.

HYNS was developed by a certified mental health counselor and consists of 60 evidence-based mind-body exercises that incorporate practices from the ancient lineages of yoga, Qi Gong, Buddhism, and Eastern medicine, as well as the contemporary science of somatic therapy.

Designed with utmost care, the exercise cards are based on Polyvagal Theory, which aims to help regulate and make the nervous system flexible. The simple and effective techniques are designed to help you regain control over your well-being in situations of stress and overwhelm.

The HYNS card deck was developed by Brianna Rose LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) and RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher), a certified therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, Eye Movement Integration therapist, and Trauma Incident Reduction practitioner. She created the Hack Your Nervous System card deck to deepen her knowledge from 10 years of mind-body study and thereby create an easily accessible tool for managing symptoms associated with trauma, anxiety, and stress. Her vision is to contribute to creating a self-aware, embodied, compassionate, and regulated world.
