Application:

Apply the oil blend using the roll-on to the neck (from bottom to top), temples, behind the ears, and the inside of the wrists. The essential oils are absorbed fastest where the skin is thinnest and most permeable.

Breathe deeply through your nose and let the scent invigorate you. The roll-on can be used up to four times a day.

Cycle Balance can also be used outside of the premenstrual cycle for irritability or temporary imbalance. Apply to the palms, rub them together, hold them in front of your face, and inhale deeply and slowly through your nose.
