Natural cacao powder from raw beans

Unlike most cacao powders on the market, Cosmic Dealer exclusively uses raw cacao powder. Many conventional cacao powders are alkalized or processed as Dutch Cacao – this involves changing the pH value of the cacao to neutralize the taste. In addition, the beans are often roasted at very high temperatures. However, these additional processing steps make the cacao more heavily processed. Cosmic Dealer deliberately relies on natural raw beans to preserve the full power and quality of the cacao.
