Acetate reacts to heat. The clip can therefore bend if it gets too warm. Avoid leaving the hair clip in places where it can get very warm and do not wear it in saunas, etc.

The metal spring can rust if it remains wet or damp. If the clip gets wet, dry it thoroughly to avoid this.
